1 year 1 time punya " gor dung " samapai ... semalam .... ofcoz .. chiness punya traditional mesti lah makan tong yun ... i remember .. my grandma always make tong yun for us makan ... whn i was small .. grandma only let me watch , but cant touch .. scare my hand dirty .. so i only can observe and wait to eat .... but tis year i have chance to show off ... i make myself ...
first , ready " bin tong " a kind of sugar ...
daun pandan , halia + bin tong ... buang masuk ... ofcoz masak it lah ..
sekarang ada mesin untuk buat tepung without kotor your hand .... GENG !!! see pic below ..
u put how many sudu tepung , thn how many sudu air + gula ...
tatatata ~~~~ sudah separuh siap ...
ok , kasi dia cun cun bulat .... masak untuk sembayang dulu ....
masuk saja ke dalam air yang dimasak tadi , sampai semua timbul atas air = sudah masak ...
sudah masak pun ...
ok , serve to sembayang dulu ... nanti baru masak untuk sendiri makan ...
ngek ngek ngek. ... tau sha .. ofcoz is most common favarite .. yummy

balut ia macam siu mai dulu ....

cook a wok of hot water and throw all tong yun into the wok .... coz dun want later the air gula becoma cloudy ....
sudah masak .. ok .. kacau dia naik .... thn >> see pic below ...
masuk ke dalam air gula yang ready awal tadi ...
ready to serve lah ....
yummy ... sampai i finish all ... clean clean ...
